Roast Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • flake salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions

Instructions

  1. Slice most Brussels sprouts in half unless very small. 

  2. Place Brussels sprouts in a medium baking dish and add the rest of the ingredients. 

  3. Toss to coat evenly.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and starting to brown. Stir and turn the sprouts halfway through to ensure even browning.
