  • 1 apple washed (peeled if not organic)
  • 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 2 dates
  • 1 large handful kale or spinach leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water or coconut milk for blending


  1. This is just a super simple way to enjoy some of the apples and mangos that are in season right now! Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until very smooth and enjoy!
