Radish Avocado Sandwich

More of a suggestion than an actual recipe, this is a super easy lunch that uses common ingredients.


  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 ripe avocadp
  • 1 tbsp sliced red onion
  • vegan mayo
  • drizzle of maple syrup


  1. Saute the sliced radishes until slightly browned and tender. Use a little oil for cooking or water. 

  2. Slice the avocado and onions and arrange the cooked radishes, avocado, and onions on bread or toast. Top with mayo and, if desired, a drizzle of maple syrup.
