Chocolate Watermelon Ice Cream

All the creamy deliciousness of chocolate ice cream with the sweet health benefits of watermelon. 


  • 4 cups watermelon chunked and frozen ($2.00)
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder $.60
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water or nut milk $.50
  • liquid or powdered stevia to taste (optional)


  1. Cut watermelon into 2" x 2" chunks and place on a lined cookie sheet in freezer for several hours, or overnight, until frozen solid.
  2. In a high powered blender, puree all ingredients until very smooth.
