Allie's Super Simple Banana Oat Bites

So easy, with just a few ingredients. Kids love 'em! Want more? Double or triple the recipe!


  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter


  1. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe banana then stir in the oats a stiff dough forms.
  2. Shape into 1" balls and place on a glass plate.
  3. Microwave bites for 1 minute, until firm.
  4. Melt peanut butter in microwave for 45 seconds.
  5. Serve with melted peanut butter drizzled over the top (equal parts maple syrup and peanut butter mixed together is good, too!).
