Vegan Roasted Garlic Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

can garbanzo beans
or 2 cups cooked
1/4
cup
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
cumin
1
tablespoon
onion powder
1/4
cup
tahini
2
tablespoons
olive oil
optional, omit for lower fat content
10-15
cloves
roasted garlic
Instructions
Drain most of the liquid from the beans and pour into a high speed blender or food processor.
Add the lemon juice, cumin, onion powder, tahini, olive oil, and roasted garlic and blend until very smooth and creamy ... about a minute or so.
Serve with veggies or crackers.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about three days.
