Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts cleaned and trimmed, cut in half
  • 1 lb fresh radishes washed and trimmed, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and trim the Brussels sprouts and radishes. Slice the onion. Toss with remaining ingredients.

  2. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 375° F for about 25 minutes.
