Vegan Chocolate Pudding Sugar-Free 3 Ingredients

Vegan Chocolate Pudding is easy to make, is super healthy, sugar-free, and uses as little as 3 ingredients!

  1. Place the sweet potato, milk, and cocoa powder in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy.

  2. It's delicious as is, or add whatever you like or have on hand. A bit of stevia makes it even sweeter, some vanilla powder is nice, and a pinch of salt always enhances any chocolate.

  3. Turn this into a delicious smoothie bowl by adding your choice of pecans, almonds, craisins, raisins, chopped chocolate, chocolate chips, hemp seeds, a drizzle of tahini or syrup, etc.

Recipe Notes

Bake sweet potatoes ahead of time and store in the fridge to use in this or other tasty recipes!

Coconut milk or hemp milk is delicious in this but any plant-based milk will do.

Makes about two 1 cup servings.
