Holiday Hummus has all the flavors of the season! Sweet potato, sage, onion, cranberries ... they're all here in one delicious dish. This is great for Thanksgiving or Christmas!
Place all ingredients except garmishes in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. Use as little or as much of the reserved bean water to aid in blending and to give your desired consistancy.
Spoon into serving bowl and add dried cranberries, nuts, seeds, and a sprinkle of sage, thyme, amd/or rosemary.
Keeps for up to a few days if covered in the refrigerator.
