Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup carrot pieces, chopped
  • 1/2 cup apple pieces, chopped
  • 1 banana sliced in 2" pieces, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk or favorite plant-based milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 pinch cloves
  • 1 pinch allspice
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 6 ice cubes
  • stevia to taste

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts pecans are nice but any will work
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • cinnamon for dusting on top, if desired

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, puree all smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  2. Arrange the toppings and enjoy! This makes one quite large serving or it can be shared with a friend!
