Watermelon Ice Cream

A delicious way to stay cool and hydrated this summer. Vegan, raw, and plant based, this only takes a few minutes and few simple ingredients to make.

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup watermelon, frozen
  • 1/2 cup plant milk soy, almond, coconut
  • 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips


  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the banana, watermelon, and plant milk until creamy and like stiff soft serve ice cream. 

  2. Serve in bowls (green works best!) and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
