In a food processor fitted with an S blade, process the avocados, agave, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Divide into 4 small bowls and refrigerate until chilled. About an hour.
Place the cherries, agave or maple syrup, the lemon juice, and the cherry liqueur (if using) into the food processor and pulse for several seconds until the cherries are chopped and macerated, but leave it with some texture. Optionally, just chop the cherries and then smash with the remaining ingredients in a bowl with a fork until well macerated.
Place into the fridge until chilled, about an hour,
To serve, spoon a bit of the cherry mixture over the chocolate pudding and gently stir to mix. .
