Dill Hummus

Dill Hummus is fresh, delicious, and so easy to make. It uses ordinary ingredients and can me made in just a few minutes. It's super healthy, too!

Ingredients

  • 15 oz garbanzo beans
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped dill leaves or 1-2 tsp dried
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped chives or 1-2 tsp dried
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp avocado or olive oil optional, oil can be omitted
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cloves garlic or 1 tsp powdered
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
  • salt and pepper to taste as needed

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Garnish with a few dill leaves and a swirl of oil., if desired.
