I need some healthy but fast food right now and these fit the bill perfectly. All of these delicious, vegan, and plant based recipes take a half hour or less from start to on the table.

This is so pretty and goes together in minutes. I love avocado toast in general. It’s so yummy and fast. I like this one with added cukes and hemp seeds.

Lunch: Creamy Vegan Tomato Soup from Cadry’s Kitchen

Oh yes please. This looks so creamy and warm and it would go so well with a vegan grilled cheese! This soup looks fancy, but gets in the bowl in a mere half hour.

Dinner: Cauliflower and Potato Curry Aloo Gobi Masala from Jessica in the Kitchen

This is one of my favorite desserts and takes only a few minutes to put together. It’s creamy and chocolatey and cherries or any other fruit are a lovely addition.
