Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie is a gluten-free recipe that is super simple, is quick to make, and has just two ingredients in the filling.
Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie is Easy to Make!

This is something we threw together at the last minute with, literally, just things we had in the cupboard and fridge. Years ago, my favorite was one I’d found in a “Go Vegan” brochure that was tofu, chocolate chips, and some other things in a graham cracker crust. It was so easy to make and so delicious.

I wanted something like that. But, we were taking dinner to someone and didn’t have some of the ingredients.

This is what I came up with. It’s just two boxes of silken tofu and one of the larger boxes of Godiva Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Put the tofu and pudding mix in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. It will start setting up right away but will get even firmer once it chills in the fridge for a bit.

A sprinkle of shaved chocolate and a dollop of Almond Milk Whip Cream and, yum!

Do you think sugar free pudding would work? Does it have to be the cooked kind, or do you think instant would be O.K.? Thank you. 🙂
I think instant sugar free would work but I e never tried it myself. If you do, let me know how it turns out!
