Holiday Hummus is the Perfect Side Dish!
This delectble hummus goes with just about anything. It’s tasty alongside just about any plant-based roast, stuffing, or mashed potatoes.

Chickpeas are Deliciously Versatile!

Spices Make it Tasty!
Hearty spices like rosemary, sage, and thyme add loads of flavors.

I added homemade roasted pumpkin seeds with cranberries because that was what I had. But pistachios would be delish here, too.

Serve this simply on toast, crackers, or chips or use as a side dressing with vegetables or potatoes.

Delicious hummus although so much oil? Completely unnecessary. There’s absolutely no reason to add the oil to this.
Thanks for your comment. The oil can be omitted and this hummus still tastes delicious. Personally, I add oil to hummus sometimes and sometimes not. I try not to eat much oil myself but my husband needs a ridiculous number of calories each day. So … just make it how you like and let me know how it turned out!
