Vegan French Bread Mummy Pizzas are Easy and Delicious!
It takes only a few minutes and a few ingredients to put these together. They cook up perfectly in the oven or, even better, in the air-fryer.

These are SO Simple to Make!
Just mix up a batch of pizza sauce. Use your favorite or mix 1/4 cup tomato paste with 1/3 cup water, nutritional yeast, spices, and a bit of optional beet juice (for the vibrant red color!).

Then cut your French bread in half (I used a gluten-free one). Slather it with some pizza sauce, some cooked vegan meat crumbles (optional!), add plant-based cheese slice wrappings, two olive slice eyes peeking out, and bake.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes until done. Or air-fry at 350 for about 12 minutes, until the cheese is melty and slightly browned and the toast is tpasty and browning on the edges.
