Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing is delicious on just about everything. It’s great as a salad dressing but also a tasty dip for vegetables or chips, a delectable sandwich spread, it’s even good drizzled over rice and tofu or noodles.
Creamy Avocado Lime Dressing Starts with Ripe Avocados!
This delicious recipe starts with ripe but not overly ripe avocados. They should give slightly to pressure but not be soft or brown on the inside.
This recipe is as simple as can be. Just add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and puree until very smooth. That’s it.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1\2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or more to taste
- 1 1/2 cup water
- salt to taste
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until very smooth and creamy.
- Adjust salt to taste.
