Hello and welcome. I’m so happy you’re here. I’ve been vegan since 2007 and am an artist and photographer, cookbook author, recipe developer, and yoga enthusiast. I’m also a certified Vegan Life Coach Educator via Vegan Main Street Academy as well as a 200RYT yoga teacher, via One Tribe Yoga.
I’m here to educate, support, and empower you in your vegan, yoga, art, and life journey.

Specific Vegan Diets Supported
There are a lot of ways to eat a plant-based diet and, together, we can create the ideal diet for your personal needs.
Standard Vegan Diet
This is a vegan version of an ordinary diet but made just a bit healthier. This type of vegan diet utilizes commercially available products like plant-based burgers and cheese to make familiar favorites along with a balance of whole foods and fresh produce.
A gluten-free and vegan diet free of animal products as well as free of any gluten. It can certainly have its own set of challenges. I’ve been vegan for 14 years and gluten-free for 10 so I understand the struggle! Gluten-free vegan can be varied and delicious!
Whole Food Plant-Based
A whole-food, plant-based diet focuses on vegan foods in their whole and mostly unprocessed state. Create a plan that includes tasty meals that are also unprocessed. Can be designed to be free of most added sugar, oil, and salt, too.
Raw Food Diet
Raw foods are healthy and delicious and feature plant-based foods that have not been heated. There’s a lot of room to get creative and raw food doesn’t have to be boring!
YOUR Custom Created Plant-Based Meal Plan
Create your own way of eating a plant-based diet and a personalized meal plan based on your own preferences and goals. Choose standard vegan foods, whole foods, raw foods, and even vegan “junk food” in proportions that fit your own lifestyle.

Personal Yoga for Beginners
Let me help you begin a personal yoga practice. Yoga can stretch your mind as much as your body. I’m a 200RYT yoga teacher and can help you get started with basic yoga poses, simple yoga flows, as well as breathing and meditation in a way that’s totally personalized for you.
Personal Art Instruction
I taught my first art class in 1981 when I was 15. It’s always been my first love and most constant pursuit, along with photography. Let’s create watercolor, acrylic, art journaling, mixed media, drawing, pen and ink, or clay, in virtual or in-person classes designed just for you.
