Blueberry Lemon Tonic is a Delicious Mocktail
Great for when you’re not imbibing, it uses simple tonic water for a bubbly and slightly bitter fizz.
It takes only a few minutes to mix it up, too!

It has just three ingredients … blueberry syrup, lemon juice (or lemon crystals), and tonic water.
Tonic water is sweet and just a little bit bitter. It gives this enough fizz that I feel like I’m drinking something close to an actual cocktail.
The blueberry syrup gives it a delicious flavor and beautiful color, too. I love the Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup from Royal Roses Syrups. All their syrups are gorgeous and the prices are decent, too.
Just mix it all together, add lots of ice, and enjoy!
