Apple Mango Smoothie Raw Food Vegan Recipe

This apple mango smoothie is super fast and simple to make and is totally delicious and healthy, too! 
It may be chilly or even frozen where you are, but it’s the prime growing season in parts of the world. That’s why there are so many great fruits and veggies out there at bargain prices. 
Apples, mangos, avocados, citrus, and more are available now and almost year-round. All are good for you. Mango has lots of health benefits. It’s beautiful and sweetly delicious, but can also improve your skin and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, among other things. And we’ve all heard about apples keeping the doctor away!
This isn’t a long post. Just an update of a previous smoothie recipe that’s yummy and good for you.

Apple Mango Smoothie

Delicious and healthy fruit smoothie.

  • 1 apple washed (peeled if not organic)
  • 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 2 dates
  • 1 large handful kale or spinach leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water or coconut milk for blending


  1. This is just a super simple way to enjoy some of the apples and mangos that are in season right now! Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until very smooth and enjoy!
