Apple Mango Smoothie
Delicious and healthy fruit smoothie.
- 1 apple washed (peeled if not organic)
- 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- 2 dates
- 1 large handful kale or spinach leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water or coconut milk for blending
This is just a super simple way to enjoy some of the apples and mangos that are in season right now! Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until very smooth and enjoy!
