Mm, avocado toast. Lime Chipotle Avocado toast is the perfect combination of spicy, savory, sweet, creamy, and crunchy. It’s a quick and easy breakfast that also hearty and sticks with you all morning.
Avocados are real superfoods, too. Full of delicious and healthy fats, vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber. Easy to locate and often on sale. I bought a bunch of organic ones for 99 cents each at a local grocery store. That makes this budget friendly, too. Win-win.

Lime Chipotle Avocado Toast
Savory, spicy, sweet, creamy, & crunchy. This Lime Chipotle Avocado Toast is great for breakfast or any snack. Healthy and delicious.
- 1 avocado perfectly ripe
- 2 pieces toast
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 sprinkle red pepper flakes
Remove the flesh from the avocado and coarsely chop. Evenly divide and spread on toast.
Drizzle the lime juice and maple syrup over the avocado and sprinkle on the remaining seasoning and spices.
Will serve 1-2 people.
